I studied violin at the Shepherd Hill Baptist Church, Obanikoro, Lagos.
I attended the Electronic Soundscape workshop organized by the Goethe Institut, Alliance France and Institute France to learn the rudiments of deejaying.
In 2014, I was made a Talking Drum ambassador by Intro Afrika, organizers of the Yoruba Drum Festival.
In 2012, I contested with a tenor singer,
violinist, pianist and a quartet of clarinettists who were all MUSON graduates
in the Christmas Magi Music Concert contest organised by Art Colony
International and the Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON). I won the competition
by using the Gángan and Ìyá Ìlù Talking Drums to play jazz and classical
music genres.
I have attended creative
writing and event planning workshops organised by the British Council and the
Goethe Institut, Lagos.
I have performed at several private events, art and international music
festivals in live music performances such as the Lagos International Jazz
Festival, The Lagos Book and Art Festival, The Yoruba Drum Festival, Eko Akete
Festival, etc.
I am still learning so I can provide quality services to my clients.
