Mental Health Course

Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Thoughts and Suicide happen to Musicians, Non-Musicians, Children, Adults, Religious and Irreligious people.

Mental Health issues can drag a person’s life backwards by at least twenty years if not treated or they simply lose their lives.

As a Lived Experience Expert, I draw on my personal journey with mental health to drive meaningful cultural change.

My role is to transform lived realities into practical insights that inspire healing, resilience and innovation which eschew religious and cultural sentiments.

Within my cultural innovation work, I:

1.     Bridge personal experience and collective growth: I use my own story to connect with others, breaking stigma and opening space for honest dialogue.

2.      Translate challenges into strategies: I turn lessons from lived experience into tools that empower individuals and communities to thrive.

3.      Shape inclusive practices: I integrate cultural perspectives into mental health education, ensuring that diverse voices and traditions are respected.

4.      Innovate through storytelling: I design courses and resources that blend narrative, creativity and evidence-based approaches to spark transformation.

5.      Encourage my clients to Seek Professional Help: I encourage my clients or the beneficiary they have paid for to seek professional help with reliable psychologists and psychiatrists and enlighten them about the benefits of doing this.

In essence, I use my lived experience not just as testimony but as expertise—helping people see that healing and cultural innovation are possible when we honour real human stories.
